What's included in the new version of OkayCMS.
The functionality of the orders section in the admin panel has been significantly redesigned and expanded.
First , the "Order history" tab has appeared, in which you can see the entire history of actions with the order. Change of statuses, tags, adding products, delivery methods, etc.
Secondly , the "Other Sales Orders" tab has appeared. This tab displays other orders in which the same phone number or email was specified. This will allow you to quickly and directly from the order view other orders of this client, understand his preferences, learn important nuances from past orders and process the order better.
Thirdly , we have reworked the date filter on the orders page. Now you can quickly filter orders for specific periods. We have made filters for a week, for 30 days, for 7 days and for yesterday in quick access, but in the calendar you can set any period you are interested in.
Fourth , we added tracking of the channel where the client came from. It will be possible to immediately understand from the order whether this client came from a search or through a link from another site or through paid advertising. In our opinion, this should give store owners better information about which sales channels are better for driving leads.
