Напишите в тех.поддержку из админки и пришлите доступы к сайту по фтп или хотя-бы в админ. панель. Вам это пофиксят буквально минут за 5. Такого быть не должно, на демо такое не наблюдается

В шаблоне не работает раздел Статьи. При попытке открыть статью целиком из списка статей получаем ошибку 404.

kassio, на демо ошибка не воспроизводится. Вы шаблон ставили на соответствующую версию CMS?
