Set the minimum amount starting from which you can place an order – Site settings → Catalog settings → the "Minimum order amount" field → Save information

Minimum amount starting from which you can place an order - Displayed on the "Checkout page"

When placing an order, if the minimum amount is insufficient, the buyer will not be able to make a purchase and a message will be displayed for him - "Minimum order amount: (Specified value of the minimum amount)"

Данный модуль необходимо доработать, чтобы ограничение по сумме заказа срабатывало и при "быстром заказе", иначе смысл даного модуля теряется, ведь его можно обойти

Евгений, да есть такая ситуация. Модуль быстрого заказа (да, это отдельный модуль) и модуль минимальной суммы заказа не на 100% совместимы. Пока что идеального универсального решения нет. Как частичное решение можно отключить модуль быстрого заказа или отдельно программировать ваше индивидуальное решение
