TelegramNotify
Telegram Order Notifications is an OkayCMS module that sends information about important online store events directly to Telegram.
The module helps managers quickly receive information about new orders, customer comments, successful payments, and unpaid orders. Notifications are delivered to the specified Telegram chat, allowing store activity to be monitored without constantly checking the admin panel.

Notification Templates
The admin panel allows you to create and edit notification text for different events. This makes it possible to customize the content and structure of Telegram messages according to your store’s workflow.
Special tags can be added to a template. When the notification is sent, these tags are automatically replaced with the relevant data.
The available tags depend on the notification type and are displayed next to the template editor.
Scheduled Sound Notifications
The module settings allow you to specify the period during which Telegram notifications should be delivered with sound.
Messages sent within the selected time range will include sound. Outside this period, notifications will continue to be delivered silently. This allows store activity to be monitored around the clock without disturbing employees outside working hours.
Connecting Telegram
To use the module, create a Telegram bot and connect it to the required chat:
- find the official @BotFather bot in Telegram;
- create a new bot and obtain its token;
- create a chat or group and add the bot to it;
- make sure the bot has access to messages;
- send a message to the chat after adding the bot;
- open
https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates, replacing<TOKEN>with the received token; - find the
chat.idvalue in the response. A group chat ID may begin with a minus sign; - enter the token and chat ID in the module settings.
The token provides access to the Telegram bot, so it should not be shared with third parties or published publicly.

Схоже, що бот поки не отримав жодної нової події з групи.
Спробуйте написати в групу будь-яке нове повідомлення після додавання бота та знову виконати запит getUpdates.
Якщо результат і надалі буде порожнім, видаліть бота з групи, додайте його повторно, надішліть нове повідомлення в групу та повторіть перевірку.
Для отримання chat_id бот має побачити хоча б одну нову подію після свого додавання до групи.
