E-mail failure notification
If there is an opportunity to avoid misunderstandings with customers, it is better to use it. The module "Notification of a missed call by E-mail" is good for preventing conflict situations: when the manager fails to contact the buyer, he sends a letter prepared for such cases. Thus, the client learns that he received a call from the store, and can call back at a convenient time for himself. The seller, in turn, does not waste time trying to contact, and the human factor in which he may forget to call back is eliminated.
Installing the add-on will make it easier to process such orders. You will not need to write letters manually every time - all the necessary data will be automatically inserted into the template.
To send a notification that the manager did not get through, you need:
- go to the admin panel and open an order
- check the box "Send e-mail about the lack of a call"
- to apply
The client will immediately receive a message in the mail. This will increase the ratio of successful sales to orders placed on the site.
You can edit the elements of the letter through the menu "Design" → "Translations".
