Work of the OkayCMS integration module with the Topvisor search analytics service (video)

Topvisor is a tool for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of website search engine optimization.

To work with Topvisor from admin. the OkayCMS panel must specify the API key .

To receive it, you need to go to the "Account" section in your Topvisor personal account and register or copy the API key there.

(Scroll down to the API Key line.)

After that, go to the admin. on the OkayCMS panel, paste the key into the appropriate field (1) and click the Save button (2).

After saving the key, Apometer (3) opens - an analyzer of changes and updates to search results. It shows the degree of change in the search results by region and subject, as well as a calendar of updates.

The degree of change in the issue is estimated in points from 0 to 10 (4) and is indicated by various icons.

An update on the calendar is indicated by a green check mark (5).

In the upper right corner, the account balance and a link to the Topvisor website are displayed.

At the bottom of the page, under the apometer, there is a list of active projects.

Here it is possible to add a new project by clicking on the "Add project" button (1), delete the current one (2), or request a survey of current positions on the project (3). In brackets (4) the cost of the position checking service is indicated. The status of the check is also displayed in% (5). With a large number of requests, it takes some time to get new positions. Using the "Refresh" key (5), you can find out the current state of the check.

To go to the project, you need to click on the project site (6). Inside the project, it is possible to set additional settings for this project.

In the "By groups" tab, you can create requests (1), as well as groups of requests (2) for which you want to track the issue.

It is possible to indicate which search engines (3) and regions (4) information is needed.

Let's move on to the "Query Dynamics" tab.

Here you can get information about the positions of requests.

The block highlighted by a rectangle (see photo below) displays statistics on requests - the number of requests that have worsened or improved their positions in the search results, the number of requests in the "Top 10", etc.

Using the drop-down lists (1, 2, 3), you can select which search engine, region, which group of queries you want to receive data, as well as for which period (4).

Below is a block with a list of requests (1), their frequency (2) for YandexWordstat. For now, you can only request a cancellation of the frequency of requests from your Topvisor personal account.

The following columns contain information about positions (3) for each request as of the date of position withdrawal. In this case, the last 30 dates of positions withdrawal are displayed.

The graph icon (4) allows you to view the dynamics of the positions of a certain query on the diagram.

Position monitoring is necessary to assess and measure the results of work on the site. Viewing such dynamics allows you to catch a positive or negative trend, to understand what actions led to an increase in positions or a fall.
