What's changed in the new version of OkayCMS 2.3.1
- Fixed a bug in the SEO products section related to the definition of the parent category.

To format dates, it was always possible to add a second format parameter to the | date modifier in which to specify the format according to the documentation http://php.net/manual/ru/function.date.php . Several custom formats have been added that can also be used:
cD - Days of the week in abbreviated form
cl - Days of the week in full
cS - Months abbreviated
cF - Months in full
cFR - Complete months, genitive
