EXCEL AI — Supplier Price List Automation for OkayCMS

EXCEL AI is an OkayCMS module designed to automate receiving, validating, matching and importing supplier price lists in XLS, XLSX and CSV formats.

The module supports multiple suppliers, individual rules for each supplier, manual uploads, Email/IMAP, URL and FTP/FTPS sources, as well as scheduled automatic processing.

Safe price updates

The module never writes 0 when a price cell is empty or invalid.

If the supplier price list contains no RRP value, the existing OkayCMS retail price remains unchanged. If the purchase price is missing, the existing purchase price also remains unchanged.

Values such as 176,8 and 176.8 are correctly recognized as the same numeric price.
