Customer loyalty program

The module allows you to create a loyalty program and set a discount for users who qualify for this program according to the conditions.

After installing the module, the Loyalty program section appears in the Customers menu. Here you can create a program by filling in such fields as:

• name
• % discount
• the total amount of the buyer's orders, after which the discount should be taken into account (if necessary)
• the number of orders, after which the discount should be taken into account (minimum number of 1 order)
• action - take into account or ignore custom discount (user group discount)

In the order settings, you can specify which order status "enables" the loyalty program. To do this, you need to enable the Discount switch.

For example, a user connects to the program if he has at least 3 orders with the Completed status.

If all the conditions of the program are met, the client is given a discount on the next purchase.

The customer loyalty program module will help you attract more loyal customers to your site and increase conversions from your existing customer base. The system of discounts will motivate them to make subsequent purchases in your online store.
