SMS notifications

Features implemented in this revision:

1. Automatic generation of SMS notifications to customers. SMS are sent immediately after placing an order;
2. Notifications to the site administrator about a new order;
3. Saving and organizing phone numbers of customers, as well as registered users. Ability to send bulk mail to selected numbers;
4. Ability to send SMS with free text from the order page to the admin. panels - to the number specified during ordering.

In the admin panel, you can configure the mailing list as follows:

- Set your username, password for the selected service;
- Enable or disable notifications for the site administrator, change his number;
- Edit the order notification text for buyers;
- Change the list of mass mailing SMS, make active or inactive individual numbers from the list. - - Send an arbitrary message to all subscribers.
