Как работает техподдержка в OkayCMS
I think every entrepreneur who has his own online store will confirm that the most difficult thing in maintaining a site is to quickly contact the developer. It sounds, at first glance, ridiculous, but you must admit that when a critical problem appears on the site, and your programmer does not answer in Skype, he logged in to Viber three days ago, and the phone is “out of range” - it’s no laughing matter.
That is why we decided to introduce a technical support section into the OkayCMS admin panel. You do not need to knock on all chats, write letters to the mail, make long distance calls, just go to the Technical Support section and ask your question.
Yes, we think this is a good idea and not every CMS can boast of such functionality. But in general, some can? The guys from OkayCMS technical support even came up with a slogan "OkayCMS technical support - instead of a thousand messengers".
Below we will tell you how to use technical support.
How to get access to technical support
After installing OkayCMS Lite or Pro, you will be given technical support keys, the section is activated, and the available working hours of specialists on your site will appear.
If for any reason after installing the system in the Technical Support section you see the following message:
Press the button "Get keys" and within 5 minutes the section will be activated.
How to send an appeal
To ask a question - click the "Add request" button. A form will appear in which you must specify the subject of the appeal and the question itself, and then send a message.
Further, all correspondence on this issue will be available in this thread. We advise you to create a separate appeal for each new question, this will allow you to quickly navigate the history of correspondence in the future.
The specialist's response to the appeal will appear in the same thread. In this case, the status of the appeal will change:
Upon completion of the work, the specialist indicates the amount of time spent working on your problem.
