Cookie Consent and 18+ Age Verification

Cookie Consent and 18+ Age Verification is an OkayCMS module that adds a cookie notice to the storefront and provides 18+ access restriction functionality for selected catalog categories.

The module allows the administrator to configure the cookie bar shown at the bottom of the site: text, image, confirmation button, colors, opacity, gradients, and other visual settings. After confirmation, the user’s choice is stored in a cookie.

For 18+ sections, the module allows selecting categories through a dropdown with live search. On a selected 18+ category page, the module displays an age-confirmation popup and blurs product images. For products from selected 18+ categories displayed elsewhere on the site, the module blurs the product image and adds age-confirmation buttons directly over the product photo without showing the popup.

The module supports 18+ database flags for categories and products, module cache settings, and separate visual settings for the cookie bar and the 18+ popup in the admin panel.
