Additional order

Sometimes a situation arises when an order is placed and then the buyer remembers that he forgot to buy some other product or one of his friends asked to include his products in the general list.

Refinement allows you to order additional goods by simply placing a new order and then merging them with the previous unfulfilled order.

The customer is identified by the Email field. An order that is not accepted for processing and the goods have not yet been written off is considered to be unfulfilled open order (in the database, in the orders table, the closed field).

Optionally, you can identify the client by any other field, for example, by phone. And also allow backorders only to the previous order, which has a certain status or several statuses.

BONUS. A small addition is integrated into the revision, which prevents duplicate orders, which often occurs when you double-click on the Submit order button.
