Евгений, проблема не воспроизводится на чистом Окае. Похоже, что причина в индивидуальных особенностях именно вашего сайта. Вы можете обратиться в Техподдержку OkayCMS для поиска решения (платно), кнопка справа вверху в Админке

еще заметил, при включении этого модуля, перестали скрываться одиночные фильтры.

На версии 4.0.3 при включенной "Отложенная загрузка фильтров", когда пытаемся применить фильтр - сайт падает. Сможете пофиксить?
