Generation of price lists in Excel

Excel-price is still a universal and one of the most popular means of data exchange between sites and between suppliers and customers. Upload for OkayCMS is available in different formats, including .xls. With the help of the module "Generate price lists in Excel" from the site you can download the price list of the entire store or individual categories .

How to make a price list in Excel on OkayCMS

1. Create a website page with prices. To do this, in the admin panel go to the "Pages" item, click "+ Add".

2. Fill in the page fields. Enter a title and choose where you want the page to appear. If it's in the main menu, then don't make the title too long to fit within the item. On the site, the link will appear in the top menu, as well as in the footer:

If you want not to display this page for public viewing, put "Other pages", then you will be able to give access to the prices via a direct link.

Important: be sure to enter pricelist in the URL field , otherwise the page will not appear on the site. To do this, click on the lock to unlock the editing of the page address.

3. Save. Also check that the page is active.

The price list is downloaded by clicking on the name of the required subcategory (there are no products in the top-level categories) and on " Download the full price list ", respectively.
