BlackBox Customer Verification

BlackBox Customer Verification is an OkayCMS module that helps verify customers during order processing and reduce the risks associated with cash-on-delivery shipments.

Customers may occasionally place a cash-on-delivery order but fail to collect the parcel from the delivery office. In such cases, the store incurs additional shipping, return, and order-processing costs.

The module integrates OkayCMS with BlackBox, a service where online stores share information about problematic orders and uncollected parcels.

How the Module Works

When processing an order, the manager can view the customer verification result together with the main order information.

If information about the customer is available in the BlackBox database, the module displays the relevant status and the reason recorded in the service. This allows the manager to assess potential risks before shipping the order.
