MAUDAU Public Merchant API
MAUDAU Public Merchant API is an integration module that connects OkayCMS 4.5.2 to the MAUDAU marketplace through the Public Merchant API. The module automates the exchange of orders, statuses, tracking numbers, prices, and product availability and provides tools for monitoring commissions and margins.
Main Features
- import of new MAUDAU orders into standard OkayCMS orders;
- mapping of OkayCMS ↔️ MAUDAU statuses and automatic transmission of permitted status transitions;
- transmission of Nova Poshta tracking numbers and verification that MAUDAU has accepted them;
- integration with
NovaPoshtaTrackingfor obtaining tracking numbers; - integration with
OkayCMS/NovaposhtaCost: city, branch, parcel locker, and courier address are saved in the standard order delivery data; - manual MAUDAU address refresh from the order page;
- integration with
Nova/OrderMarkersfor marking MAUDAU orders; - integration with
DoNotCallToConfirm: the MAUDAU “do not call the customer” flag can be transferred to the OkayCMS order; - synchronization of order item changes with MAUDAU for supported API order states.
Products and API Synchronization
- automatic synchronization of product price, old price, and availability through the MAUDAU API;
- OkayCMS is used as the source of current prices and stock;
- changed product queue: changes to price, old price, stock, currency, commission, or purchase price initiate product revalidation and transmission;
- batch queue processing to reduce the load on the CMS and database;
- server-side pagination, search, and mutually exclusive filters in the MAUDAU product table;
- active link from the product name to the OkayCMS product page;
- active MAUDAU ID for opening or searching for the product on the MAUDAU website;
- separate display mode for products that are in stock and available for sale;
- separate modes for out-of-stock products, products missing from the CMS, and products outside the Feeds conditions.
Integration with OkayCMS/Feeds
The module can use a selected OkayCMS/Feeds profile as a set of rules for MAUDAU products, even when the XML feed itself is disabled.
Supported features:
- Feeds inclusion and exclusion conditions;
- restrictions based on availability, price, and other profile parameters;
- the selected Feeds profile markup as the base markup for the MAUDAU price;
- automatic product selection updates after Feeds rules are changed;
- transmission of
temporarily_unavailablewhen a product should not be sold under the integration rules.
Commission and Margin
In the separate Commissions tab:
- the MAUDAU commission is configured for OkayCMS categories;
- a child category can inherit the rate of its parent category;
- an individual commission can be set for a specific product;
- categories without products can be shown or hidden, and the selection is remembered;
- multiple changed commissions are saved with one AJAX request without reloading the page.
The product table displays a compact three-line Commission / Margin block:
Commission: 14% / UAH 839.86 Wholesale: UAH 5,099.00 Margin: UAH 60.14 / 1.0%
Integration with PurchasePrice
When the PurchasePrice — Purchase Price and Margin module is installed, the MAUDAU module uses the purchase price and its currency to calculate the actual margin after the marketplace commission.
Margin = MAUDAU price − MAUDAU commission − purchase price
Product Conditions — Additional RRP Markup
For products that are in stock in OkayCMS but match a specific Feeds exclusion, a chain of additional RRP rules can be created:
Feeds exclusion → RRP from ... UAH → margin after commission below ...% → add ...% to RRP
Multiple price thresholds can be configured for one exclusion. The rule with the highest “RRP from” threshold that has already been reached is applied. After applying the rule, the module recalculates the MAUDAU price, commission, and margin.
Currencies
- the variant price and old price are converted into the selected currency using OkayCMS exchange rates;
- the Feeds markup is applied after conversion;
- products can be revalidated when an exchange rate or variant currency changes.
Automation
The module operates through the standard OkayCMS Scheduler. A separate public cron URL is not required. Automatic tasks perform:
- retrieval of new orders;
- status synchronization;
- tracking number transmission;
- processing of the changed product queue;
- verification of current prices and availability;
- retry attempts after temporary API errors.
