Rozetka Public Merchant API

Rozetka Public Merchant API is an OkayCMS integration module for synchronizing products and orders with the ROZETKA Seller API.

Main Features

• two-way order synchronization between OkayCMS and ROZETKA;
• order status transmission according to the status transitions permitted by ROZETKA;
• retrieval of new and updated orders;
• shipment tracking number and delivery data synchronization;
• order content synchronization, including items and quantities;
• automatic transmission of product changes to ROZETKA;
• retail price, old price, and stock transmission through the API;
• priority queue for urgent changes;
• automatic verification of actual data after transmission;
• searching for and linking ROZETKA products to OkayCMS products and variants;
• integration with the PurchasePrice — Purchase Price and Margin module;
• calculation of commission, purchase price, and product margin;
• a separate Commissions tab with category rates and rate inheritance;
• an additional recommended retail price markup for products included in selected Feeds exceptions;
• API log, diagnostics, and resynchronization tools;
• operation through the OkayCMS system Scheduler.

Pricing Logic

The module uses the ROZETKA API for product synchronization. The retail price, old price, and stock are not transmitted through XML.

When PurchasePrice is connected, the module can calculate the margin:

Margin = RRP − ROZETKA commission − purchase price

For selected Feeds exceptions, an additional markup can be applied to the recommended retail price depending on the current margin.
