Categories for promotional items

Improvement allows you to filter promotional products by category. The promotional products page displays the entire list of categories that have discounted products. New URLs like site.com/discounted/categoryname will be added to the index

Demonstration of the module:
1. Click the "Watch Demo" button
2. On the main page, click on "View all" in the "Promotional goods" block
3. In the block on the left, you will see the available categories in which there are discounted products
4. Try to filter promotional products by a specific category

Installation instructions:

1. Make changes to the appropriate files. All changes are marked with the comment vedastudio_discounted_categories
2. Copy new files and folders, keeping the path

Note: The instruction assumes that the add-on is installed on a pure OkayCMS with a standard template. For a store with modified code, the installation process may be different.
